Please note that some items are made-to-order and will be dispatched within 4–6 weeks — processing time varies by product, so please read the shipping details on the individual product page before purchasing. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs, including:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free for orders over $100, otherwise, a flat rate of $7.95)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (Flat rate of $19.95)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Flat rate of $34.95)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time. Delivery may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances, such as inclement weather or carrier delays.

  1. International Shipping: We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination. Customers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by their country.
  2. Insurance and Signature Requirements: All orders are fully insured during transit. For your security, a signature may be required upon delivery for orders over a certain value. If you are unable to sign for your package, you may arrange a redelivery or pick it up from the carrier's local office.
