Returns and exchange details

Read before you buy!!!

We accept return within 30 days after a customer received the item:

1. All Items must be at the same condition as when sold (no scratches, no damages).
2. For Return, we charge restocking fee: (Restocking fee is individual on all products).
3. For Exchange, we charge Fee for shipping and packaging.
4. All return or exchange packages must ship with Insurance and Signature Request.
5. Buyers are responsible for shipping postage to ship back to us ( We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items).
6. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:  All Custom or personalized orders (i.e. custom engraved, custom-made jewelry)
